Healthcare education is demanding, and it should be. But the students who do best are rarely the ones who only attend lectures — they are the ones who present, organise, ask questions and turn up to things.
Seminars and guest sessions
Our seminar hall sessions bring students together across programmes. Presentations are delivered by students as often as by faculty, because explaining a concept out loud is the fastest way to find out whether you actually understand it.
Skill development workshops
Workshops sit alongside the syllabus and focus on the things a healthcare workplace assumes you already have: communication, teamwork, documentation and professional conduct.
Outings and student activities
Institute picnics and group outings matter more than they look. A batch that knows each other works better in a lab, a theatre simulation and eventually a ward.
